Recently we have discovered that mediaconnectiononline.com does not work properly for some of our readers using AOL. To fix the problem, we approached AOL to find out if there are limitations to their browser or internet access that might be affecting our readers.
AOL’s response was to hang up on us. They were not interested in the fact that their customers are not able to access sites that they wish to. With AOL providing no information our hands are ties.
We ask any of our readers who are having difficulties with the site through AOL to use Firefox or Safari and let us know if this fixes the problem. This way we can tell if the problem is with their browser or their internet access itself. If using a different browser does not fix the problem, we respectfully suggest changing your access to a company that cares about the experience its customers have.
