Doctor Who and TorchwoodAs Doctor Who fans await the debut of Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor, a slew of figures celebrating Doctor WHo and its spinoff series, Torchwood have been unveiled by Underground Toys and Tonner.

Tonner unveiled spectacular sculpts of the 10th Doctor, Martha Jones, Captain Jack Harkness, and Gwen Cooper at Toy Fair in New York.  Sculpted in the likeness of David Tennant as the tenth incarnation of the Doctor, the Tonner doll comes wearing a two-piece suit including shirt, tie, socks, shoes and Sonic Screwdriver. A faux suede duster in available for the figure separately.

The Martha Jones figure from Tonner is sculpted in the likeness of Freema Agyeman,  wearing a knit top under a faux leather jacket and denims; includes earring, necklace, bracelet, hair trim, hosiery, shoes and display stand.

The Torchwood dolls feature Captain Jack Harkness, sulfated with the likeness of John Barrowman, wearing a tee shirt under a long-sleeve cotton shirt with belted trousers and long duster coat; and includes socks, shoes and display stand.  The Gwen Cooper doll features the likeness of Eve Myles wearing a top shirt under jacket with belted denims; and includes hosiery, boots and display stand.

Underground Toys features a more traditional line of action figures featuring the first, fourth, seventh, 10th, and 11th Doctors. Included in the line are new Cybermen, Daleks (including a radio controlled Dalek), as well as two TARDIS sets  featuring the fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy).

The new figures of the 11th Doctor feature the likeness of Matt Smith in a regeneration two-pack with the 10th Doctor (David Tennant), a two pack with an Imperial Dalek.
